Awesome! The first step is to fill out the contact form located on our website “Contact Us” page. We will be in touch soon after we review your event requirements.

We do our best to respond to on-line inquiries within 48 hours of receipt. If a contact request is sent over the weekend, please allow until Monday afternoon to respond.

If you have not received an email reply within the time promised, please contact us directly by phone. Please include the best days, times, and phone number to reach you.

It is a stand-alone package which can be included with any other package for an additional charge.

Event Elves will conduct a site visit at venues unfamiliar to our company. In addition, a meeting with the onsite coordinator will take place. EE will never impede on any venue related pre-arranged agreements between the client and vendor. EE is willing to add a little magic with client’s special décor items or additional touches they wish to provide.

EE welcomes the opportunity to work with other industry professionals. EE is familiar with many of the venues in the greater Sacramento area. Our company is designed to ensure attention to every event detail regardless of the level of service requested.
