There is no better way to celebrate than with the efficient planning skills of Event Elves! Event Elves is equipped to handle event logistics from the smallest of tasks to all inclusive services.

Specializing in a variety of events, including but not limited to, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and all aspects of wedding related festivities.  We are unique in our approach and accomplished results.

Our Packages

Our packages are specifically designed for the perfect execution of setup and breakdown for any event. Select from the options that best suit your needs. Event Elves (EE) offers a variety of choices that ensure a successful outcome.

Let’s Make Magic Happen!

Our team will manage the complete setup of the client’s items before the client and guests arrive. Break down (client’s items) at the end of the event includes organizing, safely securing any items for client’s retrieval.*  It is an ideal add-on to other packages offered by Event Elves. It is perfect for the host who prefers to arrive, get the party started and leave without a worry!

*Logistics of retrieval/delivery of items to be arranged before the event

Corporate Creators: $750

  • EE Team arrives 2 hours before event start time
  • Set up client’s décor items within pre-planned parameters of event space
  • Place items on Registration Table
  • Place items on Auction Item Table
  • Set Up Pop-Up Signs/Signage for the area
  • Make sure event space is event-ready
  • EE Team arrives half-hour before the event end time
  • Secure, organize, and package all client items that EE originally set up
  • Collect valuables
  • Assist with putting all of client décor items in pre-designated location/vehicle/end of night contact

Social Butterflies: $750

  • EE Team arrives 2 Hours before event start time
  • Set up client’s décor items within pre-planned parameters of event space
  • Place items on the gift table
  • Place Items on tables for centerpieces
  • Place photos or awards in the designated area
  • Pop-Up Signs/Signage for the area
  • Make sure event space is event-ready
  • EE Team arrives half-hour before the event end time
  • Secure, organize, and package all client items that EE originally set up
  • Collects valuables
  • Assists with putting all of client décor items in pre-designated location/vehicle/end of night contact

Wedding Dreamers: $750

  • EE Team arrives 2 hours before event start time
  • Set up client’s décor items within pre-planned parameters of event space
  • Unity/Celebratory Ceremony set up
  • Place decorative items on the gift table
  • Place items on tables for centerpieces
  • Place photos in the designated area
  • Place memory Items in the designated area
  • Signage for the area (Ceremony/Reception)
  • Make sure event space is event-ready
  • EE Team arrives half-hour before the event end time
  • Packages all of the client items that EE originally set up
  • Collects Valuables/Gifts
  • Collects Any Items that need to be returned/rented for the client to return
  • Assists with putting all of client décor items in pre-designated location/vehicle/end of night contact

The perfect package for the client who wants that personal touch and assurance of having someone onsite with access to all pre-planned details during the event. EE will work with any pre-designated, contracted staff as an added “go-to” contact to assist in all facets of the event.

Corporate Creators: $1,000

  • Includes (1) 60 minute and (1) 30-minute Planning Session before the event
  • Create a timeline of the event
  • Discuss the flow of the event
  • Greet and check-in any vendors
  • Work with onsite venue managers to execute the event
  • Assist vendors, client and guest inquiries as needed
  • Ensure a smooth transition between a social hour and formal dining options
  • Assure pre-arranged client’s contracted vendors are performing all responsibilities
  • Ensure venue has proper tables and linens as previously designated
  • Confirm venue has a floor plan and desired set-up
  • EE coordinator remains onsite for the duration of the event (pricing includes 4 hours Day-Of +Planning Session).  Additional charges per hour exceeding 4 hours

Social Butterflies: $1,000

  • Includes (1) 60 minute and (1) 30-minute Planning Session before the event
  • Create a timeline of the event
  • Discuss the flow of the event
  • Greet and check-in any vendors
  • Available as onsite contact for vendors or deliveries
  • Assist client, venue host or management team, and guests as needed
  • Ensure a smooth transition between a timeline of activities (games, gifts, meal)
  • Assure pre-arranged client’s contracted vendors are performing all responsibilities
  • Ensure venue is left as requested according to contract
  • EE coordinator remains onsite for the duration of the event (pricing includes 4 hours Day-Of +Planning Session) Additional charges per hour exceeding 4 hours

Wedding Dreamers: $1500

  • Includes (1) 60 minute and (1) 30-minute Planning Session before the event
  • Greet and Check-in Ceremony and Reception Vendors
  • Assist Client, Wedding Party, Family Members, and Guests as Needed
  • Organization of the Ceremony/Order Walking Down the Aisle
  • Ensure a Smooth Transition from Ceremony to Reception
  • Make certain vendors are performing all responsibilities according to their contract
  • Confirm any updates between the vendors during the event
  • Keep on Schedule/follow timeline
  • Ensure Venue is left according to contract
  • EE coordinator remains onsite for the duration of the event (pricing includes 6 hours Day-Of +Planning Session) Additional charges per hour exceeding 6 hours

Perfect package if the venue already has an onsite Event Coordinator/Sales Manager. Event Elves can assist with ensuring all details agreed upon between client and venue personnel are being executed as contracted. This package is an excellent option for the client who desires a seamless, worry-free event.

  • Includes up to 5 hours maximum per month before the event date
  • Confirm venue has been selected
  • Confirm any vendors that haven’t been contracted
  • Vendor or venue suggestions
  • Review/Set Timeline
  • Assist with review of event form or contracts to make sure client is within budget
  • Site visit of the venue
  • Liaison with client and vendors/venue leading up to the event
  • Coordinate vendor, client, guest arrival times
  • Follow-up meetings before the event
  • Develop a timeline to ensure a seamless flow of the event

  • Vendor suggestions/assist with contract review/negotiations and bookings
  • Liaison with client and vendors before the wedding
  • Coordinate vendor arrival and delivery times
  • Follow-up meetings before the wedding
  • Develop the sequence of events to ensure a seamless flow on event day
